Count the Room | Lunar New Year Theme | Low Prep
In the early primary classroom Count the Room is a perfect way to incorporate movement in your math centers. Students will love exploring the classroom in the fun Lunar New Year themed activity. All students is a clipboard. I created this low-prep number sense game for your little ones to work with numbers 5-20 during math workstations and small groups. This themed activity includes 16 count the room cards and 1 recording sheet.
To prepare this activity simple print, cut, and laminate the themed cards and then print a recording sheet. Place cards around the room. Students will walk with a clipboard around the room to find the cards. They will count the lanterns on the cards and write the correct answer in the corresponding box.
